As always - a balanced and informative blog. Agree 100% and you make such informative blog posts. Thank you. I just wish more ABAP developers and "Development Architects" would read your posts.
The elephant in the room is knowledge and you pointed that out. Having seen ABAP coders and their code since 1994 my take is that it will be extremely hard to upskill a lot of current ABAP developers. Time will tell if SAP succeeds here with upskilling and/or attracting enough new talent. It is needed!
